Robot Mower Radar respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on robotmowerradar.com infringes your copyright, email a notice to hello@robotmowerradar.com with the subject Copyright Notice.
Information To Include In A Notice
To help us review your report, include:
- Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. For multiple works on the site, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you want reviewed and its exact page URL, with enough information for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
How We Handle Reports
We review reports and may remove or disable access to material where appropriate. We may request clarification or supporting information and may share the notice, including relevant contact information, with the person who supplied the material or with advisers involved in addressing the claim.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in an infringement notice or counter-notice can create liability under applicable law. Consider obtaining legal advice if you are unsure whether a use infringes copyright.
Counter-Notices
If material you supplied was removed following a copyright notice and you believe it was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notice to hello@robotmowerradar.com with the subject Copyright Counter-Notice. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.
Where the DMCA counter-notice process applies, we may forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant and restore access within the period required by law unless we receive notice of a court action seeking to restrain the reported infringement.
Repeated Infringement And Updates
Where appropriate, we may restrict submissions or access by people who repeatedly infringe copyright. We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page.
Copyright correspondence should be sent to hello@robotmowerradar.com. Additional information about the U.S. notice-and-takedown process is available from the U.S. Copyright Office.
